GTrainer: Your personal coach

Gtrainer is a program designed for keeping the training of cross-cycling, cycling or mountain biking for advanced or beginner levels Its been created for GNU/linux. An sports diary.

You can create your own training program and save them, keep a rigorous control of your daily training (weigh control, kilometres, heart rate, etc)

You can also access daily tips about the training, print the weekly, monthly or yearly training progress, and so on This program has been designed in Gtkmm24, C++ and it uses the SQLite, PostgreSQL and MySQL to register the data.

For the design I have been inspired by my own training program when I was into sports competition. First I used to note down every day the training load I used to do every day, and then, when I started working with a personal coach, I started working with the programs he designed for me. So I hope that this will be useful both for people into sports competition and for those who play sports for fun and leisure

Programmed using Gtkmm2.4, in C++ and using SQLite, PostgreSQL or MySQL for store the records.
